Obituary: KATHY VADEN HARRISON

Our beloved Kathy Sue Vaden Harrison, 71, a loving, caring wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at home.
Kathy was born July 9, 1952, in Forsyth County, to the late Troy Oscar Vaden and Nannie Lois Wright Vaden. She was a graduate of North Stokes High School and Forsyth Technical College. She was retired from Stokes County Schools and a member of Faith Baptist Church. Kathy was dedicated to her family and loved animals. She was a Godly woman; steadfast, dependable, and honest.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Teddy Harrison; sons, Jason Harrison (Kerrie) and Benjamin; four grandchildren Kathy adored, Rory Harrison, Samuel Harrison, Riley Harrison, and Nathanael Harrison; brothers, Alvin Vaden (Brenda), and Bernie Vaden (Sheryl).
A private family graveside service will be held.
Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 1056 Taylor Road, Westfield, N.C. 27053.
Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel is serving the family.
