Approval – Tax Refunds from November 9. 2022 thru November 16, 2022.

B) Rodney Stewart, RCEMS Operations Supervisor
Approval – Consideration of the submitted financial statement of accounting reports of billing and collections activity for October 2022 and accounts uncollected that are to be written off.

C) Rodney Cates, Emergency Services Director
Approval – Extend the $100.00 EMS shift bonus for FTE and PTE, who meet the bonus criteria as currently directed by policy, through the first quarter of 2023 by amending the COVID 19 – Premium Pay Policy attached.

D) Lance Metzler, County Manager
I. Approval – Revisions to the Rules of Procedure for the Rockingham County Commissioners

2. Approval – Contract for Interim County Attorney

E) Chris Elliott- Rockingham County Risk Manager
Approval – Bonds for Tax Administrator and Elected Sheriff.

Jeffery Poley, Hawkins, Delafield & Wood LLP
Approval – Resolution of the Board of COmmissioners of the County of Rockingham, North Carolina, approving the issuance by the Public Finance Authority of its Health Care System Revenue Refunding Bonds in one or more series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $370,000,000.

12. PRESENTATION: LEIGH COCKRAM DIRECTOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
TOURISM
Approval – Main Stream Earthworks, Inc. as the GEneral Contractor for Mass Site Grading Project in Reidsville Industrial Park. Lot II. Contract for grading s $736.054.33. Money has been appropriated thru Golden Leaf.
