Diane Lynn Mabe, 47, entered eternal rest Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Trellis Supportive Care, Winston-Salem.
Diane was born on December 16, 1976, in Patrick County, Virginia. She attended North Stokes High School. She was a member of Lawsonville Baptist Church and attended New Birth Baptist Church.
She is now dancing in heaven with her father, Larry Matthew Mabe; grandparents, Mathew Hill Mabe, Mary Lee Mabe, Jewett Bullins, and a special uncle Tommy Lee Mabe.
Diane is survived by a son Phoenix Ryan Shelton; daughters, Brittany Hiatt Fulcher (Cody) and Katie Lee Hiatt Sweatt (Jacob); mother, Sharon Light Mabe (Randy); twin brother, Darrell Matthew Mabe, and grand-father, Wayne Bullins. Also left to cherish Diane’s memory are four grandchildren, Hunter Thomas Fulcher, Greyson Samuel Fulcher, Lexi Monroe Fulcher, Owen Dale Sweatt, and significant other, Rodger Griffith.
The family extends their appreciation to the staff at Trellis Supportive Care for Diane’s end of life care. A special thank you to Amanda Tucker for her friendship and kindness in completing Diane’s final wishes.
