Two Facing Felony Charges Following Execution Of A Willow Street Search Warrant

Reidsville Police Department News Release • September 29, 2023 • V. Carter

(Reidsville, NC) – On 09/28/2023, Reidsville Police Department, with the assistance of Federal Probation and Parole, executed a Search Warrant at 971 Willow Street.

As a result, narcotics and a firearm were seized.

Leyona Hayes (33), was charged with Felony Trafficking Cocaine, Felony Maintain a Place for Narcotics, Felony Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon. Hayes was placed in the Rockingham County Jail with a $500,000.00 secured bond and a court date of 10/09/2023.

Cristin Blackwell was charged with Felony Trafficking Cocaine, Felony Maintain a Place for Narcotics and Felony Possession of Cocaine. Blackwell was placed in Rockingham County Jail with a $25,000.00 secured bond and a court date of 10/09/2023.
