STAFF REPORT – STONEVILLE, NC
A Stoneville woman is being held without bond following her arrest Monday during a warrant service conducted by the Stoneville Police Department, with assistance from the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.
On June 16, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m., officers responded to 209 Forrest Street in Stoneville in an effort to locate Jessica Lauren Horn, who was wanted on a parole violation. Officers located the subject hiding under a bed inside the residence.
In addition to the parole violation, Horn was also served with a felony charge of interfering with an electronic monitoring device. Authorities confirmed that Horn was classified as an absconder at the time of the arrest.
Horn was transported to the Rockingham County Detention Facility, where she is being held without bond. Her next scheduled court appearance is set for June 28, 2025.
