(Reidsville, NC) – On January 21, 2025, Reidsville Police Department Narcotics Unit executed a Search Warrant at 207 N. Harris Street Reidsville, NC. As a result, narcotics were seized and two people were arrested. Charles Penn Jr was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substance, Trafficking Cocaine, Possession Marijuana Paraphernalia and Drug Paraphernalia. Penn Jr received a $30,000.00 bond with a court date of 01/30/2025. Donald Blackwell Jr was charged with Felony Possession Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession Marijuana Paraphernalia and Drug Paraphernalia. Blackwell Jr received a $15,000.00 bond with a court date of 01/30/2025.
