(Rockingham County, NC) – The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office has arrested JOSHUA OBRIEN HAYES, 32, of Reidsville, N.C., on charges of Statutory Rape of a Child Under the Age of 15 and Selling/Delivering Methamphetamine to a Minor 13 Years of Age or Under.
These charges are the result of an investigation into a statutory rape of a minor reported to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office. Following a thorough investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division and with the assistance of DNA evidence, JOSHUA OBRIEN HAYES was arrested and placed in the Rockingham County Detention Facility under NO BOND.
