William “Billy” Michael Hogan, Jr., 56, left this earthly life, Friday, May 19, 2023, at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 21, 2023, at Delta United Methodist Church with interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3 to 3:45 p.m. prior to the service.
Billy was born on June 28, 1966, in Broome County, NY, to William Michael Hogan, Sr. and the late Lana Steele Hogan. After growing up as a Roman Catholic, in 2004 he became a member of Delta United Methodist Church. He loved collecting classic DVDs such as “I Love Lucy” and the Twilight Zone”. He enjoyed listening to old time radio programs and spending holidays with family.
Survivors include his father, William Michael Hogan, Sr; stepmother, Betty Arnold Hogan; brothers, Brian Hogan, Joseph Hogan (Barbara), and David Hogan; sister, Colleen Hogan; step-brothers, Daniel Martin, Arnold Martin, and James Martin; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel in Sandy Ridge is serving the family.
