Obituary: WILLIAM ARNOLD MABE

William “Arnold”, 69, died Monday, July 1, 2024, at Cone Health Wesley Long Hospital after long-term health issues.
A native of Stokes County, Arnold was born on October 14, 1954, to the late Eli Mabe and Nannie Whitten Mabe. When younger, his favorite sport was Coon hunting.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Gracie Mabe.
Arnold is survived by a daughter, Kara Mabe; special cousins, Jamie Whitten (Faye) and Mark Whitten.
No formal service will be held at this time.
Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel in Sandy Ridge is serving the family.
