Mrs. Virginia “Shinnie” Maxwell Millner departed this life on Wednesday afternoon, October 18, 2023.
Funeral services will be conducted Noon Saturday, October 28, 2023 from the Chapel Hill Progressive Primitive Baptist Church, 3360 Guerrant Springs Road, Ruffin with Elder John France presiding. The family visitation will be Saturday from 11 until 12:00 p.m. at the church. Public viewing will be Friday from 1 until 8:00 p.m. at Johnson & Sons,115 Holderby Street.
