Obituary: VIOLET ANNETTE BERRIER

Violet Annette Berrier, age 51, of Eden, NC passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.  She died of end stage renal disease.

A funeral service will be held Monday May 1st 2023 at 2 pm at Fair Funeral Home Chapel and the visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Violet Annette Berrier was born May 7, 1971 in Orlando, FL to the late Howard Pinknen Berrier Sr. and Betty Sue Odell Berrier.

She was a cook at Eden Estates who loved her family and believed in Jesus Christ, her savior.  She enjoyed being with her children, siblings, aunts, uncles, and so many cousins.  She would talk for hours at a time and would always end the conversation with I love you.

She was a member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Eden, NC and her favorite bible verse was Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-n-law Fredrick James “Jimmy” Ellison, sister-n-law Angela Walker Berrier, niece Shannon Pearl Ellison, and special friend Rodrick Ray Martin.  

Surviving are her husband, Clyde Penn of Raleigh, NC; sons, Robert Alex Berrier of Lake Butler, FL; Anthony Devon Graves (Priscilla “Sissy” Graves) of Eden, NC; Johnathon Lee Oliver of Eden, NC; daughters, Patricia Lynette Berrier, and Kristeen Shiree Berrier of Raleigh, NC; sisters, Phyllis Annette Berrier of Lake Butler FL, Carolyn Sue Berrier of Eden, NC, Ella Louise Berrier Becraft of Lewisville, NC; brothers, Howard Pinknen Berrier, Jr. of Lake Butler, FL, George Berrier (Brandon Mathis) of Greensboro, NC.
