Vester “Buck” Hooker, 77, passed away early Thursday morning, August 25, 2022, at Duke University Hospital in Durham.
There will be no formal service at this time.
Buck was born April 19, 1945 in Stokes County, NC, to the late Howard and Hazel Hooker. He was a retiree of Glass Dynamics, Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Doris Lucille Bowman Hooker, of the home and a brother, Richard “Red” Hooker.
