Tony Dow Doyle, 60, of Eden passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.

A funeral service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel in Eden with burial to follow at Overlook Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm Monday, July 8, 2024 at Fair Funeral Home.

Tony was born April 1, 1964 in Henry County, Virginia, to the late Gene Overby and Katherine Land Overby. He worked in Maintenance at Pine Hall Brick. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Surviving are his wife, Brenda Amburn of the home; children, Brandon Amburn (Taylor) of Eden and J.R. Amburn (Sue Ann) of Eden; brothers, Timothy Amburn, Rodney Amburn, Gene Ray Overby; and five grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Sherry Overby.
