Toni Leanne Bullins, 50, died on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Toni was born on July 8, 1974 in Rockingham County to the late William Henry Bullins, Sr. and Toni Janice Brim. Her presence was a gift to everyone who knew her. Toni had a contagious laugh and a great smile that could light up any room. Her energy was infectious and she brought joy wherever she went. Toni had a deep love for music and coffee. She was charismatic, genuine, and loving, always putting others first.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Devon Alexander Bullins and sister, Laurie Ann Bullins.
Survivors include her children, Dorian Williams and Dawson Williams; grandchild, Dezaray Pasley Bullins; special canine, Sugar; siblings, Lisa Duggins and William Henry Bullins, Jr.; cousins, Kayla Duggins, Nikki Duggins, Ashlee Lyons, Naleigha Tate, Ellie May Tate, Aurora Tate, Payten Bullins, Bradlee Murray, Bella Bates, Cash Lane Bolmer, Colsen, Bolmer, Megan Crawford, Anna Bolmer and Jaylon Ferguson and her significant other, Tony Hayes.
