Stephen Lee Broadnax, age 67, of Rockingham County, North Carolina, passed away on April 26, 2024, in Forsyth County, North Carolina. He was born on January 14, 1957.
Stephen was a hardworking individual with a passion for car detailing. He took pride in his work and always made sure every vehicle he worked on sparkled.
In his free time, Stephen enjoyed the company of his crew of men, sharing stories and laughter. He was known for his love of drinking and never meeting a stranger. His infectious smile and warm personality endeared him to everyone he met.
Stephen attended Morehead High School and cherished the memories from his school days. While he may not have had notable achievements, he was greatly loved by all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father Gillie Broadnax, mother Dorothy Broadnax, sister Charlotte Shuff, niece Patrina Strong, nephew Reginald “Jermaine” Broadnax, and great-niece Miracle Blacktock.
Stephen is survived by his sisters Marjorie Scales, Dale Aiken, Cynthia Carter, Mena Broadnax, best friend Neecey, along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Services for Stephen Lee Broadnax will be announced at a later date. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
