Sherry Stallings, 61, passed from this earth on Friday, April 26, 2024 at the Gibson House in Wentworth.

​The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024 in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.

​Mrs. Stallings was born on March 2, 1963 in Haywood County to the late Samuel Marcell Inman and Maxine Inman. She loved everyone, especially her grandchildren.

​In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, John “Daniel” Stallings, IV and her daughter, Christine Grove.

​Survivors include her husband of forty-six years, John Daniel Stallings, III; grandchildren, Makayla Grove, Kierstynn Grove, Justin Grove, Christopher Grove and Caden Grove; son-in-law, Shannon Grove; brother, Steve Inman and sisters, Linda Inman and Tina Inman.

Colonial Funeral Home in Madison is serving the family.
