Sharon Annette Thomas Woods, 69, left this earthly life, Saturday, September 4, 2022, at home with her son by her side.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel. Inurnment will be held in the Mabe Family Cemetery.
Sharon was born January 3, 1953, in St. Augustine, Florida. She was employed with Citibank. She was a devoted wife and mother. Sharon loved animals, especially her feline pet, and enjoyed crafts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Clark Woods; infant daughter, Cheryl Anne Woods, and brothers, Terry Thomas and Jimmie Thomas, Jr.
Survivors include her son, Rodney Clark Woods, Jr.; daughter, Sarah Michelle Norman (Marcus); parents, Jimmie D. Thomas and Annette Bennett Thomas; three brothers, John Thomas, Paul David Thomas, and Virgil Thomas.
Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel in Sandy Ridge is serving the family.
