Ms. Rosetta Smith Blackwell departed this life on Tuesday morning, December 5, 2023.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2023 from the Cornerstone Christian Center, 516 North Scales Street with Bishop James Patrick presiding. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:30 until 1:00 p.m. at the church. Her remains are in the care of Johnson & Sons.
