Ronnie Reid Price, 76, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 21, 2025.

Ronnie was born October 25th, 1948 in Rockingham County to the late Wallace Reid Price and Doris Gammon Price. He was a graduate of Reidsville High School. Ronnie was a retiree of The Upper Piedmont Research Station where he served 36 years as a Research Specialist. He was a member of Covington Wesleyan Church. Ronnie was a loving father, grandfather and friend to many. He enjoyed playing golf, watching the New York Yankees and the Carolina Tarheels play. He also enjoyed attending Southern Gospel events.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his father, Wallace Reid Price; mother, Doris Gammon Price; brothers, Jimmy Wayne Price, and Larry “Buncie” Price.
Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer Reid Price Lambert and son in law, Édouard Lambert; granddaughters, Caroline, Lucie, and Mary Frances Lambert, and his sister, Linda Ann Price.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Covington Wesleyan Church at 3218 Vance Street Extension, Reidsville, NC 27320 or the Leukemia Foundation at the American Cancer Society PO Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 21741.
