Ronald Wayne Joyce, 59, left this earthly life, Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Salemtowne, Winston Salem.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 3, 2022, at Snow Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ronald was born May 10, 1963, in Stokes County, to the late Paul Dixon Joyce and Mamie Bennett Joyce. He was of the Primitive Baptist Faith. Ronald was a former employee of Thomasville Furniture for 20 years and John Deere for 5 years. He was a NASCAR fan and liked his bluegrass music.
Survivors include his brothers, Jerry Lee Joyce (Lisa) and James Dixon Joyce; half-brother, Paul Darrell Joyce; sisters Debra Joyce Hall (Rodney) and Melissa Joyce Mabe (Seth); and several nieces and nephews, Hailee Joyce, Heather Mabe, Brett Mabe, Stephanie Williams, Wesley Joyce, Emily Joyce, and six great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
The family would also like to thank the staff at Salemtowne for all their love and care, as well as King Dialysis for their help.
Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel in Sandy Ridge is serving the family.
