Obituary: ROGER LEE “BUBBA” SEALS, JR

Roger Lee Seals Jr., 48, of Eden, passed away, on Friday, February 28, 2025, surrounded by his family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at Fair Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 6th, at 2:00PM. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th from 5:00-7:00PM. Burial will be at Life Goes On Memorial Gardens, private family cemetery.

Roger was loved by everyone who know him, always keeping them smiling and laughing. He loved being outdoors and working with the cows on the farm. Roger loved his family very much, but never got over the loss of his son Roger Lee Seals III.

He is survived by his parents, Roger Lee Seals Sr. and Hilda Burchell Seals; his lifelong partner, and mother of his children, Mattie Brown; his son, Jeffrey Seals (Cierra); his daughter, Emileigh Seals and her mother, Stephanie Lawson; his brother, Samuel Seals; and his sister, Tammy Pennell; and two grandchildren Jace and JJ.

Roger is preceded in death by his son Roger Lee Seals III; and his nephew Joshua Daniel Pennell.
