Rita Annette Bartlett Hensley, 67, of Madison passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Walnut Cove Health & Rehabilitation Center.
To honor her wishes, there will be no services.
Rita was born in Eden on August 23, 1957, a daughter of Everette Edward Bartlett and Thelma Dillon Bartlett, both deceased. She worked at several places in her life including WalMart, Goodwill and Jacob’s Creek Nursing Home.
Rita is survived by her son, Jason Hensley of Reidsville; her siblings, Shane Bartlett of Madison, Ellis Bartlett of Eden, Diane Fulp of Madison and her two grandchildren.
