Joey was a faithful member of Judah House of Worship, where he was a deacon. He was a concrete finisher and painter by trade. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps where he served in Vietnam and was a member of the VFW, 1st Marine Division and Marine Corps League as well as a life member of the DAV.
Joey’s life touched so many people both far and near. To know Joey was to love him. He had a heart of gold, humorous, caring and always willing to lend a helping hand and never met a stranger. He was a veteran and fisherman at heart. A good fisherman would say “fish early in the morning or late at night, which is when the big fish bite”.
