Patricia Farwell Smith, 83, of Mayodan, passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at her home.
There will be no formal service.
Patricia was born in New Jersey on March 17, 1942, to the late Theodore and Margaret Daly Farwell. She was a kind soul and was loved by all that knew her. Patricia loved playing poker, being outdoors, and gardening her flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leland Smith; her children, Thomas Joseph Edward Kinsey, Jr. and Timothy Michael Kinsey; two brothers and three sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Elizabeth Catherine Kinsey-May of Stoneville and James Harold Smith, Jr. of Mayodan; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
