Obituary: MELISSA CLARK CLIFTON

Melissa Dawn Clark Clifton, 54, of Ridgeway passed away Monday, October 14, 2024 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm, Saturday October 19, 2024 at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.
Melissa was born January 6, 1970 in Goldsboro, NC, to the late Michael Clark and Jalene Austin Fulcher. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant, working in at-home healthcare. She was a people person and enjoyed helping clients and others. Melissa loved spending time at the beach. Mostly, she loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Mark Clifton of the home; stepson, Alex Clifton of Martinsville; son, Tyler Clifton and wife, Kayla, of Ridgeway; daughter, Cieara Joyce and husband, Christopher, of Reidsville; three grandchildren, Kaleb Knight, Mason Joyce, and Holden Joyce; sister, Robin Fulcher and husband, Pete, of Ridgeway; brothers, Clay Fulcher of Eden, Tommy Clark of Georgia, and Matthew Clark of Goldsboro.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Archie Fulcher.
