Obituary: MARY HELEN ELLEDGE CORUM

Mary Helen Elledge Corum, 51, went to be with her Lord on Friday, July 15, 2022, at UNC Rockingham Hospital in Eden.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00PM Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Reidlawn Cemetery.

A native of Rockingham Co., she was a daughter of the late Floyd Eugene and Bertha Ann Martin Elledge and had lived in Reidsville all of her life. She was a home maker and a member of Piedmont Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Martha Evans.

Surviving is her husband’ Robert Lynn “Bud” Corum and a daughter, Amy Corum both of the home, brothers, James Edward Goolsby (Melissa) and Billy Goolsby (Charlene) both of Reidsville, sisters, Jo Ann Sizemore and Virginia Ann Turner both of Caswell Co., 1 granddaughter, Lucille Bowers.

The family will see friends from 6:00 till 8:00 PM Monday, July 18, 2022, at Citty Funeral Home and at other times they will be at the home of her sister, Virginia Turner 91 Elvin Durham Rd. Pelham, NC 27311.

Citty Funeral Home is assisting the Corum family.
