Martha Mentoria Smith, 57, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Thomasville Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, March 11th, at Colonial Funeral Home & Chapel, 127 Ellisboro Road in Madison.
Martha was born May 25, 1965 in Stokes County, NC.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Sullivan of the home; three sons, John Manley, Jr. (Nicole) of Trinity, Brandon Royall and Ricky Royall of Thomasville; daughter, Felisia Carter (Chase) of Climax; step-daughter, Lauren Sullivan; 10 grandchildren; brother, Roger Eugene Smith, Jr. of Sandhills; along with three sisters, Sissy Hall (Junior ) of Sandy Ridge, Denise Jolly (Danny) of Trinity and Michelle Nieves (Stan) of Clemmons.
Martha was preceded in death by her father, Roger Eugene Smith, Sr.
Colonial Funeral Home & Chapel in Madison is serving the family.
