Obituary: MARIBEL JAIMES DAMIAN

Ms. Maribel Jaimes Damian departed this life on Saturday evening, November 26, 2022.

As a native of Dillon, South Carolina, she attended the local public schools and had resided in North Carolina and Virginia for the majority of her life. Maribel was of the Catholic faith and was formerly employed by Allstate Insurance Company. Known for being a very stylish dresser and a fashionista, she loved decorating, traveling and spending time with family.

Survivors are: son, Elijah Coda Jaimes Godoy; beloved parents, Maria Magdalena Medrano Damian and Filimon Jaimes Torres; sister, Araceli Jaimes; brothers, JoseLuis Jaimez (Jennifer) and Filemon Jaimez (Ashley); special friends, Stephanie, Guermillo Gonzalez, Victor Abonza, Daniel Stanley and Jennie Damian; other relatives and friends.

Funeral Mass will be conducted Noon Friday, December 2, 2022 from the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 538 Central Boulevard, Danville with Father Anthony Senyah presiding. The family visitation will be Friday from 11 until 12 p.m. at the church. Public viewing will be Thursday afternoon at Johnson & Sons, 115 Holderby Street, Reidsville.
