Louise Bolen Ellington, 85, died on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Cypress Valley Nursing in Reidsville.
Louise was born on May 29, 1939 in Guilford County to the late Willie Bolen and Catherine Barrett Bolen. She was a member of Stokesdale Baptist Church and loved to sing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Junior Ellington; brothers, Emory Bolen, Otis Bolen, James Bolen and David Bolen and sister, Dorothy Ann Jolly.
Survivors include her children, Bruce Wayne Ellington, Richard Douglas Ellington and Kimberly Dawn Shaw; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and sister, Betty Bolen Wall.
