Obituary: LOIS “LOKE” MALLOY BULLINS





























































Lois “Loke” Malloy Bullins, 90, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at her home.

The funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at True Gospel Baptist Church with Reverend Mike Manuel and Reverend Mark Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday at True Gospel Baptist Church and all other times at the home.

Mrs. Bullins was born on February 27, 1934 in Rockingham County to the late Dillard Malloy and Nellie Bullins Malloy. She was a fifty-one year member of True Gospel Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking, listening to gospel music and raising chickens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Randy K. Bullins; sisters, Shirley Hogan, Sue Carter and Mildred Ford; brothers, Raymond Malloy, David Malloy, Clyde Malloy and Glenn Malloy and special canine, Coco.

Survivors include her husband of sixty-one years, Everette “Buddy” Bullins; son, Danny Bullins; grandchildren, Kolby Bullins, Jimmy Bullins and Joshua Bullins; great-grandchildren, Addyson Morphies, Nicholas Carmichael, Zachary Carmichael and Kendell Bullins; sisters, Doris Pegram, Helen Amick and Hilda Kiser and many extended family members and friends.

The family wishes to thank Crystal Rierson for her attentive care, in addition to special family friend, Joan Cardwell for the blessing she has been in caring for and loving Lois and her family.
