Lofton L.Lovelace, 91, of Reidsville passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May, 30, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Simmons & Sean Vernon officiating. Burial will follow at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service and other times at the home.

Lofton was born in Caswell Co. to the late Joe David Lovelace and Maggie Mae Page Lovelace. He was a gentle, kind, and humble man who was steadfast in his faith. A hardworking tobacco farmer, he took pride in his work and providing for his family.

In addition to his parents, Lofton was preceded in death by his first wife and the mother of his children, Jean; his son, Jimmy; his daughter, Debra; his brothers, Danny, Henry, and Gene; his sister, Doris; and his step-grandson, Wade.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Linda; his son, Donald, and wife Tina; his stepdaughters, Scarlett and husband David, and Sherry and husband Ashley; his stepson, Sean and son-in-law Kirk. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Greg, Robbie and wife Valerie, J.R. and wife Rainey, Kacy and husband Ethan, Karlee, Katie, Kristine, Georgia, and Ava; as well as his great-grandchildren: Mykala, Addison, Gracelyn, Addi, Brighton, Carter, Kolt, Deanna, and Brett.
