Kimberly Ann Tate Sandidge, 57, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Christian Fellowship Church and burial will follow in the church cemetery.
A native of Goldsboro, she was a daughter of Elaine Shelton Tate and the late Jerry Wayne Tate and she had lived in Reidsville most of her life. Kimberly was a member of Christian Fellowship Church, a homemaker and she was a loving Sister, Mother, Daughter, and Friend. She loved her church family and she loved to cook, was accomplished at baking cakes, she enjoyed trips to Smith Mt. Lake, riding in the boat and riding four-wheelers. Kimberly loved working part-time at the Farmer’s Table and especially loved Janet Barber. She was preceded in death by her father and her brother: Jerry Wayne Tate Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Julia Anndelilah Eggers and Ashley Eggers both of Hickory, her mother, Elaine Shelton Tate of Reidsville, her fiancé, Charles Neil Thomason of Reidsville, her brother, Mark Dixon Curry Tate (Lisa) of Pittsboro, and her sister, Teressa Gibbs (Wes) of Reidsville.
The family would like to thank Shirley Sawyers for always being there for Kimberly. The family will be at the residence.
