Kenneth Randall “Randy” Corum, 62 of Eden passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at UNC Rockingham.
Randy was born on September 6, 1961, a son of Melvin Lee Corum and Nancy Pulliam Corum, both deceased. He worked in the heating and cooling industries and for Mike’s Refrigeration.
He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Corum of Eden; his grandchildren, Kinley Lyn Smothers, Kyler Randal Corum, Kaelyn Brinn Beck, Karrina Dawn Beck and Kaya Lanai Beck; his sister, Lisa Bowman of Eden; his brother, Darrell Corum of Mooresville; his sister- in-laws, Diane Woods of Eden, Lorie Younger and husband, Jerry of Stoneville, Kathy Stratton and husband, Jerry of Eden and Donna Swift and husband, Jamie of Eden; his special aunts, Brenda Corum and Julie Pulliam; and his special friends, Wesley “Bootie” Lovelace and wife, Angela.
In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his loving wife, Susan Sharpe Corum; his brother, Roger Corum; his father-in-law Kenneth L. Sharpe; his uncle, Dean Corum; and his father and mother-in-law, Tommy, and Phyllis Coltrane.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2pm at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel prior to the service and other times at the residence.
