Judy Ann Williams, 72, passed away at Moses Cone Hospital on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Stokesdale Baptist Church, time to be determined.

Judy was born on August 1, 1951 to the late Lee and Julia Gaither. She was was a godly women that never met a stranger and was always willing to help others. Judy loved being a mother, grandmother, and a great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Gaither and Julia Martin Gaither; daughters, Frances Ann Williams, Patricia Mounce; and husband, Melvin Pug Williams.

She is survived by her sons, Melvin Bubba Williams (Bridget Parrish), Scotty Williams (Ivonne), Brad Williams (Anna Cruz); daughter, Clara Jean Walker (Murdock); 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Colonial Funeral Home in Madison is serving the family.
