Joseph “Joe” Henry Franklin, 79 of Madison, NC passed Monday, September 9, 2024.

Public viewing will be held Sunday, Septembe 15, 2024, from 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the Mary D. Perry Memorial Chapel of Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC on Monday, September 16, 2024 with the Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Interment will follow at Stoneville Community Cemetery, 186 Joyce Farm Rd., Stoneville, NC.
