Joe Williams passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, January 27, 2025 at the age of 84 years old. Joe was born January 17, 1941 in Rockingham County to the late Charlie Cleveland Williams and Bessie Welch Williams. Joe was somewhat of a homebody and a good provider for his family. After working twenty years for Washington Mills (Tultex), he later retired from Kobe Copper (Wieland) as a Tool and Dye Technician.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Rosenberger and two grandsons, Jay Matt Williams and Timothy Young. Joe was also preceded in death by siblings, Arnold (Pete) Williams and Rosie White.
Joe is survived by daughter, Susan Bullins (Jamie); sons, Steven Williams and Jeff Williams (Jenene); brother, Charles Williams (Faye); sisters, Peggy Sennett and Linda Hopkins (Lloyd).
