Jason Samuel Stofanik, 55, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday May 22, 2024.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday May 25, 2024 at First Baptist of Mayodan. The family will greet friends following the service in the fellowship hall.

Colonial Funeral Home in Madison is serving the family.
