Jacob Ray Bullins, 24, died on Monday, June 12, 2023.
The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2023 in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Mayodan Municipal Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
Jacob was born on February 2, 1999 in Forsyth County. He enjoyed playing video games and listening to music and will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his desire to make people smile. Jacob unconditionally loved his mother and enjoyed spending time with his brothers.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Mark White; maternal great-grandparents, Ollie & Betty White and Greeley White and cousin, Austin Knight.
Survivors include his mother, Katina Renee White; father, Johnny Bullins (Tammy); step-father, Steven Emerson (Stacey); brothers, Tristan Emerson and Shawn Emerson; maternal grandmother, Lucy White; paternal grandfather, Curtis Bullins; maternal great-grandmother, Ethel White; step-grandmother, Lucy Emerson; aunts and uncles, Junior Vernon (Allison), Christy Steele (Craig), Misty Olson (Chris), Tamara Shelton (Scotty), Mike Bullins (Darlene) and Natasha White and many special extended family members and friends.
Colonial Funeral Home in Madison is serving family.
