Hubert C. Carter, 87, died on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Moses Cone Hospital.
Mr. Carter was born on July 24, 1937 in Rockingham County to the late John T. Carter and Hallie Reynolds Carter. Hubert enjoyed watching and playing golf and spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving man that will be missed greatly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn “Yvonne” Williams Carter and his son, Steven Carlie Carter and many beloved family members.
Survivors include his grandchildren, Christopher Carter (Stella), Adam Carter (Adri) and David Carter; great-grandchildren, Evan, Nathan, Luka and Uriah Carter; daughter-in-law, Deborah Price, sister, Dorothy Roberts and many extended family and friends.
