Howard James Bullins, 88, died on Friday, February 17, 2023 at his home.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Colonial Funeral Home in Madison.
Mr. Bullins was born on January 14, 1935 in Stokes County to the late Everette James Bullins and Ruby Elizabeth Holland Bullins. He enjoyed gardening, especially growing tomatoes and his daily trips to Fuzzy’s BBQ. Howard retired as a supervisor with the City of Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Sheppard Bullins and brothers, Ernest, Thomas, Phillip, Garland and Wayne Bullins.
Survivors include his daughter, Melissa Snow (Michael); grandchildren, Piper and Ruby Snow; brothers, Buddy Bullins (Lois) and Bob Bullins (Lucille) and several special nieces and nephews.
