Herbert Paul Rosenberger, III, of Eden, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023, at UNC- Rockingham Hospital.
An 11:00 a.m. memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at Tri-City Baptist Church in Stoneville with Pastor Benny Woods officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Herbert was born on April 19, 1945. He served in the United States Navy. He attended Tri-City Baptist church where he loved teaching about Christ. He also enjoyed watching football, especially the Washington Redskins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Williams Rosenberger.
Those left to cherish his memory are his stepchildren, Sherry Diana Priddy (Josh Purdy) of Eden, John Priddy (Ashley) of Eden, and Addie Priddy Bowman (Alan) of Eden; and four step- grandchildren, Jonyea and Zara Artis and Braxton and Bryson Bowman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ray Funeral Home, 119 N. Market Street, Madison, NC 27025, to assist the family with expenses.
