Henry Ferrell, 77, of Reidsville, went to be with the Lord Thursday September 26, 2024 at the Gibson House formerly Hospice of Rockingham County.
A native of Danville, VA, he was a son of the late Roy and Virginia Mae Pruitt Ferrell and had lived in Rockingham County most of his life. He was a retired farm laborer and was a member of Thompsonville Baptist Church. Henry enjoyed fishing, walking, grilling out, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lula Stanley Ferrell, his parents: Roy and Virginia Mae Pruitt Ferrell, his sister: Jane Ferrell, and his two brothers: Walter Ferrell and Will Ferrell.
Survivors include his daughter: Mary Ferrell of Harrisonburg, VA, brother: Moses Ferrell of Yanceyville, grandchildren: Michelle McKinney, Joshua Willis, Chrystal McKinney, and Amber McKinney.
