Gloria Jean Robinson Steelman, 82, of Reidsville, North Carolina passed away surrounded by family on Friday, March 28, 2025.
Gloria attended Bessemer High School and was a past employee of Food Lion. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She also loved the Lord, birds, flowers and music.
Gloria is survived by her husband of 64 years, Joe Lee Steelman; brother, Robert “Bob”Robinson; children, Alan Steelman and Elizabeth Steelman Murphy; grandchildren, Crystal Hutchens (Marvin), Tiffany Dickens (Brian), Chase Smith, Allee Steelman and Kayla Steelman; great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Hutchens, Katelynn Barnes, Trent Smith, Maci Dickens and Bentley Dickens.
She was preceded in death by her oldest daughter, Sherry Lynn Steelman Smith and grandson, Matthew Anderson Murphy.
Colonial Funeral Home in Madison is serving the family.
