Glen Franklin Robertson, 90, departed this earthly life Saturday, January 13, 2024, at LifeBrite Community Hospital of Stokes.
Mr. Robertson was born in Stokes County on January 2, 1934, to the late Frank Robertson and Nealy Taylor Robertson. Glen was a faithful member of Snow Hill Methodist Church where he was devoted in church activities. He was always interested in helping people. Glen was a contractor, owner, and operator of Robertson Building Supply. He was a member of Gideons International from 1989 until his death. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Louise Wagoner and brother Orell Robertson.
Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Iris Mabe Robertson; son Kenny (Ann) Robertson; daughter Kristie (Eddie) Anderson; grandsons Brandon (Brandy) Robertson and Colin Anderson; step-grandson Jesse (Emily) Anderson; great-grandsons Austin and Caleb Robertson; stepgreat-grandson Brody Anderson; and stepgreat-granddaughter Kaylee Anderson.
