Public viewing will be held Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. at Perry Spencer Funeral Home, Madison, NC.
Funeral service will held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 27, 2022 at Hayes Chapel United Methodist Church, located at 111 Hayes Chapel Drive, Madison, NC. Interment will follow at Collins Cemetery, Madison, NC.
