Ella Mae Ormond Richardson, 83, went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 20, 2024, at UNC Rockingham Hospital in Eden, NC.
There will be no formal service at this time.
A native of Iredell Co., NC, she was a daughter of the late Wilbur and Margaret Jones Ormond and had lived in Rockingham Co. since 1965. She was a retired office manager and was of Baptist faith. Mrs. Richardson had attended Osborne Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughters: Mary Jones of Eden and Rachel Anderson of Clayton, her brothers: George Long (Martha) of Winston-Salem and Jay Ormond of Hookerton, NC, her sister: Margaret Arrington of Chapel Hill and her grandson: Sean Anderson.
