Mrs. Elena Soto Gonzalez, the beloved wife of Angel Sandoval, departed this life on Saturday morning, October 15, 2022.
She was a native of San Antonio, Texas and a resident of North Carolina since 1992. Elena was a former employee of Regional Coordinated Area Transportation and was a member of Reidsville Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with family, the holidays, cooking, crafts and sewing.
Survivors are: beloved husband of 33 years, Angel Sandoval; daughters, Dolores Lopez, Jessica Martinez (Juan), Eliosa “Jenny” Damian (Juan), Stephanie Perez (Roberto), Sarah Norato (Placido), Maria Servin (Jose) and Patricia Sandoval; sons, Luis Lopez, Jose Lopez (Machelle), Jesse Guzman, Miguel Beltran and Josue Gonzalez; sisters, Elida Ponce and Evelyn Gallegos; brother, Eloy Soto; a host of grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 21, 2022 from the Reidsville Baptist Church, 116 South Franklin Street with Pastor Jason Sharpe presiding. Interment will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday morning, October 22, 2022 in the family plot of Greenview Cemetery, 1004 Montgomery Street.
