Obituary: DOROTHY FAY MOST

Beloved wife of Joseph K. Most Jr. of Greensboro, NC and mother to Joseph, Scott and Christopher Most, has passed away on April 21, 2025.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Terry Funeral and Cremation Service. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Baltimore, Maryland.

Fay was born December 19, 1939, in Lively, Virginia. She was a graduate of Towson Catholic High School. She was married to Joseph K. Most Jr. of Baltimore, MD. They lived in Whitehall, MD. Fay worked for Noxell for several years in Maryland. She and her husband then moved to Greensboro, NC to be closer to their son. After her husband’s passing, she and her son moved to Madison, NC. There she joined in with her son Joe’s love of horses and her love of the American Art and Furnishings. Here, she opened the Madison House in downtown Madison.

She is survived by her only living son Joseph Howard Most and his wife Penny.
