Mrs. Dollree Lawson Lane, age 66, passed away Friday, March 21, 2025 at Wesley Long Hospital in Greensboro, NC.
A public viewing will begin on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 from 12 until 7 p.m. at McLaurin-Harris Funeral Home, 721 East Morehead Street, Reidsville, NC.
The committal and interment will follow in the the St. Thomas Chapel Church Cemetery, Greensboro, NC.
Dollree was born in Reidsville, NC on November 24, 1958 to Robert and Inez Lawson.
She was educated in the public schools and graduated from Reidsville Senior High School.
For many years, she was employed at Procter & Gamble.
She was preceded in death by her fathers, Robert “Trick” Junior Lawson.
Survivors include husband, Harvey T. Lane; mother, Inez Slade Lawson; brothers, Irvin Lawson (Debra), Larry Lawson (Christine) and Randy Lawson; sisters-in-law, Yvonne Walker (Desi), Gwendolyn Baco, Sharon Ingram Lane and Renee McGhee; brother-in-law, Steven Andre Lane; niece, Brandy Lawson; nephew, Leon Lawson (Rudy); a host of relatives and friends.
