DeVonne Michelle Dalton Spencer, 59, of Eden passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at her residence.
A funeral service will be held at 2 pm Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Boone & Cooke Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm Thursday before the service and other times at the residence.
DeVonne was born in Eden on December 5, 1964, a daughter of Trudie McKinney Dalton and the late Charlie Mason Dalton. She formerly worked for Walmart. She was crafty and loved to crochet. She also enjoyed spending time in the mountains.
She is survived by her daughter, Kayla Spencer (Jeremy Beard) of Eden; her mother, Trudie Dalton of Eden; her siblings, Renee Lee (Dale) of Bassett, VA, Monique Woods (Jon) of Eden and Andy Dalton of Eden; and her nephew, Seth Woods.
